- 01Create an accountSign up with your email and confirm it with the one-time code we send you.
- 02Register your businessEnter legal name, registration number, TIN, address and the authorised representative.
- 03Apply and upload documentsFill in a Certificate of Origin (with each line of goods) or a membership application, and attach supporting files.
- 04Pay the feeRecord your bank transfer, mobile money or office cash payment. A finance officer confirms it and a receipt is issued.
- 05Chamber reviewA reviewer checks your details and documents, then recommends approval or asks for corrections.
- 06Signatory issuesA different authorised official approves and the certificate gets its serial number, QR code and barcode.
- 07Verify anywhereCustoms, banks and buyers scan the QR code to see the certificate's live status.
What you'll need
Upload PDF, JPG or PNG files, up to 10 MB each. The Chamber may ask for more depending on your goods.
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Bill of lading / airway bill / road consignment note (if available)
- Proof the goods were produced or processed in South Sudan
- HS code and quantity for every line of goods
- Certificate of business registration
- Tax identification number (TIN)
- ID of the authorised representative
- Business address and sector of activity
The reviewer and the signatory must be different people.
